Westgate Subdivision located in Cypress, Texas at the intersection of Barker-Cypress and Forest Heights (approximately 25 miles northwest of Houston).  We will have approximately 1,220 homes in the subdivision when all is said and done. Builders in the subdivision are David Weekly's, Plantation Homes, and KB Homes.

We have a swimming pool and several playgrounds throughout the subdivision. We are in the CyFair Independent School District with children going to Copeland Elementary, Smith Middle School, and Langham Creek High school.
